How do I place an order?

• You can place a local order online or call or pop in and visit us in store.
  
• Orders placed by 2pm Mon - Fri and 11am Sat can generally be delivered the same day. Cut-offs for peak periods like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day are 11am. Our courier cannot deliver at precise times but is able to deliver morning or afternoon. In peak periods we will do our best to accommodate requests for morning or afternoon deliveries, but no guarantees can be given due to the volume of deliveries to be done. Funeral flowers will be delivered prior to the service.

How do I ensure a maximum lifespan for cut flowers?

• Use a clean vase as bacteria can reduce a flower's lifespan
• Remove approximately 2cm off the base of stems, making a diagonal cut with a sharp knife or sharp scissors

What are the best flowers to be delivered to a hospital?

• We would always recommend boxed arrangements for hospitals to save hospital staff finding vases and the arrangement holds its creative originality
• Be aware some sections of the hospital will not permit flowers, for example Intensive Care Units. Please check with the hospital before placing your order
• Good choices for Hospital deliveries are low allergy flowers (see next item below) and non-scented flowers; these include Tulips and Orchids plus some varieties of Roses . Please contact us and we can create something specific to your requirements

Which flowers are best for people with allergies?

• Most flowers can adversely affect asthma sufferers but precautions can be taken. Flowers with limited pollen and avoiding tree blossom flowers is a good practice
• Better choices are Orchids, Gerberas and Roses. Plants or other gifts including Hampers are another option. Please contact us and we can create something specific to your requirements​
